Gingerbread Latte Blondie – This little showstopper is a fudgy blondie base infused with ginger and an espresso shot (from Salford Roasters, as ever), each piece finished off with a handmade mini gingerbread man and of course, Christmas sprinkles!

Stem Ginger Brownie – Everything you’d expect from one of our fudgy brownies but with a little ginger kick! Filled with pieces of crystallised ginger and topped with dark chocolate and more ginger… It’s a fiesty one.
